**UPDATE**
Anden [link] has written a description for this!! Thanks Anden!

Oswald, the happy little sea monkey, was swimmingly along quite happily in the ocean. Sea monkeys are by nature very happy creatures due to their limited perspective on life because of there diminutive size. However even by the standards of sea monkeys, Oswald was a very happy sea monkey.
Now like many other sea monkeys, Oswald spent a lot of time doing not much of anything. He enjoyed swimming around coral reefs and exploring little crevices that other creatures couldn’t get into. This led Oswald to be a very inquisitive little sea monkey. Other sea monkeys would often shake their heads as Oswald sped off in search of the next greatest thing to see.
This day Oswald decided to go exploring a new tract of ocean that he had never been to. The area was brand new. No sea monkey had ever been to this part of the ocean. Oswald felt so happy to see it for the first time. He could barely contain his excitement. Oswald went zipping back and forth barely taking time to look at any one thing for fear that he would miss something else. Several other fish who were passing by were amazed at the speed at which this little sea monkey was moving.
Oswald also has a knack for getting himself into trouble. Often when he sees something he doesn’t really contemplate the profound repercussions that will occur if he messes with it. As Oswald was swimming along in his new found space, he bumped into something that was going to get the happy little seam monkey into trouble.
Near one corner of Oswald’s new space, he came across something he had never seen before which naturally filled him with glee. This new object hung down in the most tantalizing shape. It didn’t move like fish normally moved, but it didn’t lie on the ground like rocks did. Oswald was confused by this new object, but that only heightened his since of delight over finding this strange new thing.
Oswald’s whole body which was admittedly quite small shook with anticipation as he neared this odd hanging object. It was round on the bottom, but then went straight up as far as Oswald’s little eyes could see. Oswald gently pushed this weird hanging thing, and to his utter glee, it moved. Oswald rushed around in delight at this new fun little thing that he could push. He pushed it again, and it swung a little more. Soon Oswald was pushing it back and forth with delight until suddenly he pushed on the other end of his new toy.
Pain is not something that most sea monkeys experience. If they are being attacked, they usually simply get swallowed whole because they are not very big, and being such nimble little creature, they don’t have many accidents. So when the pointy end of the hook that Oswald had been playing with poked into his hand, Oswald was not prepared for the pain he was about to endure.
Suddenly this new shiny toy didn’t seem like so much fun now that it was lodged in his hand. Adding to his anguish, Oswald realized that this toy was pulling him up away from the sea floor. The little sea monkey struggled against the tugging hook that dragging him away from his new found space, but no matter how hard Oswald swam, he could not stop his rise.
As Oswald was being pulled higher and higher, he passed by a pack of other sea monkeys. Realizing that this might be his only hope of escape, Oswald began calling out to his sea monkey brethren through the commonly accepted medium of antenna movements.
It is a commonly accepted fact that sea monkeys are one of the most pious creatures in the ocean. Unfortunately for Oswald, the pack of sea monkeys that he passed was an especially zealous band of sea monkeys. When coupled with their limited perspective, these monkish sea monkeys mistook Oswald for the messiah born again and making his ascent to the afterlife again. Rather then aiding Oswald’s terrible plight, they band of fanatical sea monkeys fell into a praying ritual that consists of underwater front flips and barrel rolls. By the time they had stopped their feverish religious praying, Oswald was already beyond saving.
Oswald was now almost to the surface. He had never been this close before and he could barely see the ocean floor. Oswald made one last desperate attempt to pull against the hook, but it was hopeless.
Oswald broke through the surface and was pulled up onto a human fishing boat. The men on the boat were so surprised to see such an odd looking creature. They were inclined to just throw it back, but one of the men asked to keep it. He worked for a kids television station. In business saturated with underwater sponges, he was in need of a new gimmick, so he dropped Oswald into a plastic baggy filled with salt water.
Oswald went on to be an overnight sensation on the local TV channel. He lived a comfortable existence in the most exclusive fish tank in all of Hollywood. The happy little sea monkey won three Emmys for his cartoon role, and is currently up for an Academy Award for his stirring reenactment of Saving Private Ryan.
